This survey is a part of an academic research project and its objective is to explore why and when people in translation industry decide to implement a business management software. What are the main drivers for purchasing/developing it and what challenges are perceived? This survey is concerned with project management and business automation tools; other translation software products (CAT tools, MT tools, QA products, A/V support, etc) are not a part of this survey.
