The video found here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-KHq094SeWU is completely out of date. It instructs you to go to www.code.google.com but that page has been terminated by Google. I think the maker of the video should have taken it off from youtube.
Then, I found https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=puDNfWfILl4, following which I can get a API key and the "credential" but I have found no place for me to fill in my credit card information. It went without saying that the Google Translate API key didn't work on my Wordfast Pro.
Does any one of you have a straight forward way of getting Google Translate API?
I don't understand why Google has made it beyond the understanding of many people for a paid service. ▲ Collapse

All API activity is managed through the Google Developers Console Billing for all Google services is managed through Google Wallet. Googling either of those should get you to the appropriate links. HTH
