is there any official spelling for long COVID and post COVID (hyphen, upper case, lower case?)? Thank you!!

Post-Covid would normally be hyphenated if used as an adjective. Long Covid wouldn't as it's a noun.

I think COVID (with a -19) is the official WHO spelling but press and real people all use Covid because it's easier on the eye.

Thanks both! The COVID itself is clear, it was more about the long and post, but as Ice Scream wrote the same as I thought, I'll stick to it.
