Paid for the course, never received a link to participate. Mar 2, 2019

I paid for this 2-course bundle and received a ProZ.com incoice on Feb 19, 2019. Never received a link to participate, and neither do I appear in the list of course participants. I can't even view the video. Good thing I paid by PayPal and will be reimbursed.

Proz webpage is just not user friendly. Sometimes you can get overwhelmed.

I am sorry to learn that the issue showed up only on the webinar day and you could not attend the session live. Should you experience any problems when using the website or taking training, please feel free to submit a support request at https://www.proz.com/support .
You have now been registered for two courses from the bundle. You have unlimited access to the webinar video and the presentation for the course "Working with Direct Clients: Adding Value to Translation Services". A certificate of attendance is also available for download from your ProZ.com profile. If you have any questions about the course itself, please feel free to contact the training as it is suggested at the end of the presentation.
