I have just come across this site that asks for colunteer translators. They are part of Doctors without Borders and need translaors for voulunteers different groups. I have just come across this site that asks for colunteer translators. They are part of Doctors without Borders and need translaors for voulunteers different groups. They also have very cool Translators without Borders T-shirts you can buy to support their cause. It seems currently they are in desperate need of Englih, French and Portugese translators.

Hi from Italy.
I was just wondering how I could help apart from contributing money to the South East Asia disaster area and of course to other parts of the world. For the time being I am not useful to the organization as they only need French, English and Portoguese it seems. I do Italian to English.
Would it be anyhow possible for you to provide me an email address so I can write to Translators without Frontiers. They might need me in the future.

Hi everyone,

I asked about this group a couple of months back as well but it seems that they only need French to English (and vice versa) translators for the moment (at least, that's what they said when I e-mailed them). As an aside, they are extremely nice people and will ask you to do a small translation test if your language pair is one that they are currently looking for. Good luck!!
