如果是纸张文件,就是妥善保存纸张文件,是电子版就妥善保存电子版.
其实"妥善"是一个赘语,没什么意义,只是为了句子好听, 保存本身就已经含有了妥善的意思,保存得不妥善就不算保存了.
二、保存有保密的含义吗？
没有保密的含义,很多带有这样字眼的文件是可以给公众看的,有的文件甚至必须公开.
