I am interested in attending this training session but unfortunately have a schedule conflict and won't be able to attend at that time.

Will this session be offered again in the future? If I purchase this session will I be able to later watch the video? Will I receive a certificate of attendance if I purchase the session and then later watch the video?

Hi Claire,

Indeed, the session will be recorded and even if you do not attend the live session you will still have unlimited access to the video and handouts, a certificate of attendance will be issued as well.

I was not ready for the latest session, so I clicked cancel button. Could you let me know if I will register for next session automatically or I have to register it by myself. Thank you!

I am afraid, due to the ProZ.com training cancelation policy: "No refunds will be granted 24 hours before, during or after the training session takes place. Should the delegate not attend a booked, or transferred, course then the full amount of the advertised course fee will be charged", http://www.proz.com/faq/5002#5002. There is a need to submit a support request to report your wiliness to cancel your registration or payment, http://www.proz.com/faq/137000#137000 .

The webinar will be recorded and even if you do not attend the live session you will still get unlimited access to the video and handouts, a certificate of attendance will be issued as well.

Where can I find my certificate of attendance for this course? Is it pre-approved for ATA CE points?
